Summer Update
August 29, 2016Hello TAP Family,
We hope everyone had a fun and safe summer!! We really enjoyed watching the summer Olympics but we are extremely excited to watch the Paralympics as TAP’s own Michelle Konkoly will compete for 4 golds medals! In July, she broke the world record in the 50 meter free and has her sights on the 100 meter world record at the games! We will do our best to keep everyone updated on social media as how she is doing! Please join me in wishing Michelle well!!
Also, this summer we started a female only training group called F.I.T or female inspired training! Come check out our awesome coach Alexa Massie as she puts you through a great one hour workout. We offer this session right now at 9 am on Saturdays and it is a $10 drop in fee with no commitment!! We are hoping to get a great following going, so we can open up a couple more days! Come check us out on Saturday!! Oh….mom’s you can have your kids at this time, no worries, we have you covered! We will have someone there to watch your kids while you have a great workout!
It’s hard to believe Fall is around the corner and Football season is here! Be on the lookout for Xavien Howard as he and his team the Miami Dolphins are looking to improve on last year’s turn around. Jordan Norwood of the Broncos look to repeat as Champs and Tye Smith of the Seahawks looks to slow them down! And two of SWFL’s own compete for the NFC title with the Minnesota Vikings. We wish Mackensie Alexander and Jayron Kearse all the best this season, except when they play my beloved Bears!! Let’s have a great season fellas!!
We would be remised if we did thank Andrew for all of his awesome leadership and coaching. If you haven’t seen Andrew went back to his roots in teaching and is leading the next generation of young leaders. He excepted a teaching job with the Village School of Naples as a middle school teacher and football coach. Please drop a note on his Facebook page to wish him well!!
